Lloyds Bank: Immerse Programme

Immerse is an entrepreneurship programme by Lloyds Bank in partnership with Foundervine, designed to support founders at different stages of their business journey. It combines accelerators, pitch events, and community gatherings, offering expert-led workshops, mentorship, networking, and funding opportunities of up to £18k.

The Challenge

The challenge was to drive applications, attendance, and participation across multiple programme strands while ensuring a consistent and professional identity. Each element — from accelerators to pitch nights — needed distinct but cohesive branding, paired with clear communications that encouraged founders to take action.

My Role

As part of the Foundervine Marketing Team, I contributed across Launch, Recruitment & Onboarding, and Programme Delivery. My work included crafting email campaigns, creating social media content, and producing high-quality graphics that built momentum and delivered a unified brand presence across all Immerse activities.

Programme Pillars

1. Immerse Early Stage

An 8-week accelerator designed to help early founders grow from MVP to market. I created application promos, email announcements, and reminder posts, alongside graphics that positioned Early Stage as an accessible entry point for new entrepreneurs.

2. Immerse Catalyst

An 8-week accelerator tailored for more established businesses. I developed email campaigns, carousel graphics, and announcement posts that highlighted funding opportunities and expert support, ensuring Catalyst stood out as a platform for scale-up founders.

3. Pitch & Cocktails Night

A showcase event where founders pitched to expert judges for prizes of up to £3,000. I produced launch graphics, speaker and judge features, and winner announcement visuals. Social posts and event content built excitement, ensuring Pitch Night felt celebratory and high-energy.

4. Community Gathering

A networking event bringing together founders, professionals, investors, and mentors. I designed promotional posts, digital invites, and recap content, focusing on warm, community-driven visuals that highlighted the value of participation and connections.

Creative Approach

Using Photoshop, Figma, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite, I developed a design and communications workflow that delivered consistent branding across all strands. My approach balanced promotion and storytelling, while using performance insights to refine content and maximise applications, attendance, and engagement.
