PayPal

Elevate+ is a collaborative initiative between PayPal and Foundervine, designed to empower underrepresented entrepreneurs by providing tools, mentorship, and resources to thrive in the digital economy. Through workshops, one-on-one mentorship, and practical support, Elevate+ connects founders to opportunities that help them scale effectively.

The Challenge

The programme needed a strong, visually consistent campaign identity that could reflect both PayPal’s global credibility and Foundervine’s grassroots engagement with diverse entrepreneurs. The target was to not only attract high-quality applicants but also ensure every design element—across digital, print, and event touchpoints—felt cohesive and brand-aligned.

My Role

I focused on designing the campaign assets that would bring Elevate+ to life, ensuring every element carried the professionalism of PayPal while staying consistent with Foundervine’s community-driven voice. This included:

  • Social media graphics for launch and recruitment.
  • Event collateral such as digital banners and workshop visuals.
  • Promotional assets (flyers, ads, and announcement templates).
  • Cohort celebration designs to highlight milestones.

Creative Approach

I adopted a design-first strategy using Photoshop and Figma, guided by PayPal and Foundervine’s brand guidelines.

  • Crafted visually compelling assets that balanced PayPal’s sleek digital commerce aesthetic with Foundervine’s vibrant community-driven identity.
  • Designed for multi-platform use (LinkedIn, Instagram, web banners) to maximise reach.
  • Applied brand consistency principles, ensuring typography, colour palettes, and layouts matched PayPal’s standards.
  • Iterated quickly with feedback loops, producing polished assets that were campaign-ready on tight timelines.

Impact

  • Delivered a cohesive suite of designs that elevated Elevate+’s presence across digital and event touchpoints.
  • Strengthened the programme’s ability to attract applicants by presenting a professional, trustworthy identity.
